1. Within 7 days of receiving the goods (subject to the receipt date of the waybill), if you find the products with functional failure and quality problems, please contact us in time; The case shall not be accepted within the time limit, and the case of false reporting shall not be accepted once verified;
2. Considering that it is impossible for customers to check all products one by one after receiving the goods, we allow quality problems to be found within 7 days after receiving the goods, and we can give you a replacement.
3. We will try our best to meet the customer's specification of product color or style. If there is a missing color or style, we will communicate with the customer first to change other colors or styles.
4. The buyer is not satisfied or difficult to sell as the reason, the product actually has no quality problems, we will not return the goods;
5. No matter whether the outer packing box is damaged or not, the customer needs to open the box for inspection when receiving the goods. If the product is damaged due to transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a certificate with the official seal and provide this certificate to us, and we will assist the customer to make claims; If the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not be responsible.
6. All customers please protect the integrity of the product packaging, accessories or related information is complete, the product itself has quality problems, in the specified time we will be replaced; (Separate replacement freight borne by the customer, it is recommended to replace the next order)
7. If the returned product packaging is incomplete, accessories or related information is incomplete; Unauthorized repair or modification; Not used or stored in normal ways; Beyond the product warranty period; Returned products with labels, false, we will not undertake to return;
8. When the customer returns the product quality problem, please return it to our company by ordinary express, the freight is paid by the customer in advance, the company will compensate the freight and the actual cost of the product according to the express list after receiving the goods, if the customer does not communicate with the customer service, direct return, we will not accept; Thank you for your cooperation, communication starts from the heart!
